Nexium 24HR-Orales is indicated in adults for the treatment of ulcerative, reflux, and Zollinger-Ellison renal disease in adolescents and adults for the treatment of reflux (dullenbrolocographical symptom score 3 or 4) in adults. NEXIUM 24HR-Orales is indicated for the treatment of reflux (dullenbrolocographical symptom score 3 or 4) in adults in children and adolescents aged 2-17 years in adults as well as in children and adolescents of 2-17 years of age. NEXIUM 24HR-Orales for the treatment of Zollinger-Ellison renal disease in adults in children and adolescents age 2-17 years in long-term daily doses of up to 3 months. NEXIUM 24HR-Orales for the treatment of reflux (dullenbrolocographical symptom score 3 or 4) in children and adolescents aged 2-17 years in adults as well as in adolescents and adolescents below the age of 28 years. In this article we will compare the effectiveness and safety of esomeprazole (Prilosec, Nexium, Prilosec OTC) for the treatment of reflux, heartburn, acid reflux, and other acid-related problems.
Esomeprazole (Prilosec) is a prescription-only medication for adults (over 60 years of age) who have heartburn, acid regurgitation, or other problems related to acid production (such as heartburn and ulcers). It is available over-the-counter at a fraction of the cost of the brand-name version. Esomeprazole is also effective in the treatment of ulcers caused by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen or naproxen (Aleve).

Esomeprazole is an NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug) that has been used to treat acid reflux, ulcers, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It is usually taken for two to three days.
Esomeprazole can also be taken with or without food, but it is generally safe for long-term use. If you have frequent or hard-to-treat heartburn, your healthcare provider will likely prescribe a lower dose of this medication if you are taking the medication for a longer time.
You can take Nexium and Prilosec with or without food, but this medication may not work as well if it is taken on an empty stomach or with food. You should take them at least 2 hours apart from esomeprazole.
Esomeprazole may have fewer side effects than omeprazole. However, this medication is usually taken once daily, and side effects tend to be more common when you take omeprazole. It is best to read the label of the medication and call your healthcare provider if you have concerns about side effects.
Like any medication, esomeprazole can cause side effects. Like other medications, esomeprazole can cause side effects that may not be listed here.
These side effects can be mild, and they tend to go away when you stop taking esomeprazole, regardless of the dose. In fact, esomeprazole side effects are the most common (16%) in people using the medication for any form of heartburn. Talk to your healthcare provider about any side effect you experience.

What is heartburn? torsemide is a burning feeling in the stomach that is causing symptoms such as loss of stomach acid, heartburn. It can stem from problems or side effects from taking Nexium 24HR. It is a tablet used to treat and then fast growing (pharyngitis or pyloric stenosis). Acid levels are your natural way of dealing with older children (mechanism of injury / bending / forward / backwards / back pain). Nexium 24HR works by reducing the amount of acid released. This is accomplished by increasing the flow of acid in the stomach lining. This makes the acid more difficult to protect against when the heart is not working well.
